Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, using discreet, eco-conscious packaging whenever possible.

Tracking & Order Updates

After your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Restrictions

While we follow all federal guidelines, some states or localities may have restrictions on specific cannabinoids or botanical compounds. Stewart Hemp does not ship to any area where such products are prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that violates local or federal regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Stewart Hemp is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we want every experience to feel right — if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or require additional shipping fees to re-send packages.
