At Stewart Hemp, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains how you may request a refund, what eligibility criteria apply, and how the process works.

1. Eligibility & Return Window

  • You may request a refund of your purchase within 30 days of the date your order was delivered to you (as confirmed by tracking information).
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
    • Unused and unopened (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
    • In the same condition in which you received it

In its original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, tags, etc.

  • Products that are opened, used, or altered may not be eligible for a full refund; in such cases, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the refund entirely.

2. How to Initiate a Return & Refund

  • Please contact our Customer Service team at home@stewarthemp.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
  • We will respond within 7 business days with instructions on how to return your item (if a return is required).
  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number—Stewart Hemp cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping charges originally paid are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error.
  • If a partial refund applies (for example, due to product damage not caused by us or missing items), we will deduct the appropriate amount and notify you of the adjustment.

4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • In such cases we may provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back.

5. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase—these items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Promotional or discounted items may be subject to different eligibility—please check the product listing for specific terms.

6. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product (for example, choose a different size or variant), please follow the refund process above and then place a new order for the desired item.
  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited and you may reorder accordingly.

7. Additional Conditions & Rights

  • Stewart Hemp reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet these criteria.
  • We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
  • This policy applies to purchases made directly from Stewart Hemp. If you purchased through a third-party reseller, their refund policy may apply instead.
